Once you’ve placed your order, here’s exactly what happens next:

1. Your items are sent into production

Every product is made to order using professional print‑on‑demand manufacturing.
Production takes 3–5 business days. During this time your items are printed, checked, and prepared for dispatch.

2. Orders may arrive in separate parcels

Because we work with multiple specialist suppliers, different items in your order may be fulfilled from different locations.
This means:

  • Your order may be shipped in multiple packages
  • Items may arrive on different days
  • Each parcel will have its own tracking information

This is completely normal and helps us deliver your items as quickly as possible.

3. You’ll receive shipping confirmation for each parcel

As soon as any item is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email.
If your order includes multiple parcels, you’ll receive multiple tracking emails.

4. Shipping times vary by region

Delivery estimates begin after production:

  • UK: 4–8 business days
  • Europe: 7–12 business days
  • USA: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 10–20 business days

(Delays may occur due to customs or local carriers.)

5. Customs or duties (outside the UK)

Some countries may charge import fees or taxes. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. If something seems delayed

  • Check the tracking link(s) in your confirmation email(s)
  • Allow up to the maximum estimated timeframe for your region
  • If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us — we’re always happy to help

7. Make sure your address is correct

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
We can’t replace orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
