Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Wanting a different colour
  • Personal preference issues

Please double‑check sizing charts and product details before placing an order.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect in any way, we will replace it free of charge.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Because items are printed-to-order, once production has started we are unable to cancel or modify the order.


Address Issues

We cannot refund or replace orders where the address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.


Returns Not Accepted

As items are custom‑made, we cannot accept returns to our address or to the print facility.
Unapproved returns will not be processed.
